At LawCentric, we strive to provide professional and timely legal services. However, if for any reason you wish to cancel or request a refund, please review our policy below:
1. Cancellation Policy
- Consultation Services: Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time to be eligible for a full refund.
- Document Services: Once work has begun on legal documentation, cancellations are not permitted, and no refund will be provided.
- Subscription Services (if applicable): You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no pro-rata refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only issued in the case of double payments, technical errors, or if the service was not delivered due to our fault.
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 3 business days to the original method of payment.
3. Non-refundable Items
- Government fees, stamp duties, or third-party charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Customized legal work already delivered is non-refundable.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with any part of our service, please contact us at care@lawcentric.in with your order ID and details. We will investigate and respond within 48 hours.
